Excellent Bourbons, gins and friendly service!

While on a recent visit to Healdsburg, my friend and I saw Alley 6 gin at a restaurant. We always try to "taste local" when we travel and were interested in this gin. The distillery was a one-minute drive from our hotel, so one afternoon we, along with another friend, popped into the tasting room to check it out. Jason, the owner and distiller, gave us a lovely tasting. His products are incredible. I ended up taking a bottle of gin, and a bottle of some amazing bitters! If I lived closer, I'd be a regular. I will definitely be back when I visit Healdsburg, and anticipate I'll be ordering from afar from time to time. Keep up the great work, Jason! I'm another fan to add to your list!

We spent a most enjoyable hour-plus not only tasting some great spirits (the rye whiskey and the coffee liqueur were stand-outs) but talking with Daniel about Alley 6's history, distilleries generally, where they get some of their less well known botanicals, and much more -- a great visit and a reminder that you have to go craft if you want to find some of the best whiskeys out there. Highly recommended!

Alley 6 is a small, craft distillery in Healdsburg, and absolutely worth a visit. Daniel, our host, was knowledgeable, entertaining and welcoming. He introduced us to Alley 6’s selection of delicious spirits, explained the distillation and production process, which is done onsite, and answered our questions. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to Alley 6, especially if you’re interested in artisanal, innovative craft beverages and/or are looking for something unique to do in Healdsburg and Sonoma County.

​I’ve visited quite a few distilleries, but Alley 6 stands out for its perfect balance of heritage and hospitality. The experience was incredibly informative—our guide really knew the science behind the mash bill without making it feel like a chemistry lecture.
​The highlight, of course, was the tasting. The Rye Whiskey is an absolute standout with notes of vanilla, spice of rye, and a nice subtle caramel. The atmosphere in the tasting room is warm and inviting, it sets a gold standard for how spirits should be experienced, leaving you with a profound appreciation for the liquid in your glass. Don't leave without a bottle!

Great experience, wonderful spirits. I dont like Whiskey and they were still tasty! You should definitely try them if you are in the area!!
